Suddenly I hear her say “What”. Fuck! Did I say that out loud, it shouldn’t have happen, it was supposed to be special for both of us and this is not special, not at all special? I stooped and she hops off my back and I turn around and she is looking at me confused and said “what did you just say?” I stammer and try to say nothing but she confronts me not act innocent and she heard saying me “I love you”. She looks me eyes and asks me to speak fast. Her angry face makes me forget everything the words came out my mouth like a machine gun and I start to speak my heart out without stopping “I said I love you because I do and I realised this tonight when that creep was trying to get close to you and this made me so angry that I wanted to smash his face in the wall because no one is allowed to see you like this and just because you look so sexy today doesn’t mean they have a chance, but this is not why I love you, I have been in love with you all this while when first time you helped me impress Amaya I realised that you are the purest person, when first time you forgave me for not defending you from that gossip I knew you will never leave no matter what I do, when first time you heard me for whole night over the fight with Anaya, I knew I could trust you with my life, when you gave me your whole lunch for 1 week straight to me because I my parents were out of town I couldn’t get my lunch I knew that no one can care for me like you do and last but not the least I can myself with you and you never judge me. In all these moments you are my constant I love my life when you are with me and everything about you makes me love you”. The moment I stop and look at her I could tears in her eyes rolling down her cheeks and I realized I have said too much for one night. I tried to calm her down and not to cry but she didn’t stop and felt stupid of myself to telling her.

After standing there for 5 minutes in silence and seeing her crying and finally break the silence saying “if you don’t feel this way I understand but this doesn’t have to affect our friendship”. She looks me up and tries to speak something but due to her crying her words are not clear, she clears her throat and speak again and says in low voice “I love you too”. I eyes sparkled listening to her confession and hugged her without thinking and bury myself into her hairs. She hugs me back and lightly sobs in my chest. For few minutes we stay like that and then she pulls back and looks me in my eyes and says that she thought this moment will never come because she thought I love Anaya. I smiled at her and assure her that I have only felt love for you and what I felt for Amaya was just infatuation and nodes in agreement. She hugs me back and this time it was so good that I could feel her heart beat and we stayed like this.
